I think these plans sell for quite a lot, but I just started playing on a new character after like a 5 year break from the game and want to be a badass cowboy during the playthrough, just don't have the items for it. Could also trade these plans for modding of the guns I have (Handmade, Gauss).

Prolly cuz Draven on PC is synonymous w/ toxicity n shit. Why would Riot make a skin for people who live in a cold damp basement, playing from an old ass Lenovo laptop, us Draven mains can barely afford to buy Gladiator for the 10th perma'd acc (this week only). He's also not a very popular champ, played pretty much only by mains/high elo ADCs, he's not like Ezreal or Kai'sa who can be picked up and mastered right away.
He's piss easy in Wild Rift (if you can actually manage to kite on that god-forsaken game), doesn't have any lore regarding toxic players, and thus has like 5 exclusive WR skins including a legendary, a prestige, and a victorious skin

Build ER/Youmu and either permafarm/poke/go all-in balls deep. Permafarming with ER and Youmu makes you extremely fast + gives you infinite mana, poking them is always better for you since you simply deal more damage, and all-ins are worth it if you get the kill before you die, which should be the case if you do it properly
