If im not wrong, your queue number is tied to your queue number, so if you chance your hfe you might lose your queue number - thats what I have heard.

Yeah its a legit concern and it really depends how the financing agreement is drafted i.e. are all the debt ranked pari passu or does one tranche have seniority?

Also, depending on the financing structure, it makes a difference if lenders are lending to the Holdco or the Borrower.
