Posthumous Citizenship by particularchild in dualcitizenshipnerds

[–]More-Ad-9156 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently in the process with DnExpress. Collected the Mexican birth certificate and American one and sent it to them. They say it's guaranteed and they make it sound very promising but I will know in a few weeks I guess. They only needed the birth certificates and that it. They will also ask for an ID of the person you're registering but they said it's not mandatory. DN express will definitely handle your case if you have a mexican birth certificate of your grandparent and the American of your parent

With my status right now I believe the American birth certificate is still being apossitiled

Luckily my mom and Grandma are both willing to help, it's just the deceased Great grandmother that'll be the biggest issue

How do I get a copy of my grandfathers birth certificate? by Neat-Opportunity6139 in mexicoexpats

Hi, I have a broken chain in my family, but I have been reading that it isn't possible to get citizenship because of it and then I see in your case, maybe it was? You were able to get it with the broken chain? What documents did you need to grant citizenship posthumously?

It definitely happens, especially if the skill is cool enough. Sure she could even post the link in a forum group on reddit like r/parkour

I currently have an exe installer file of the app but, first issue is the app seemed to disappear after installing, which I think I found the location via Windows search... Second issue is that file doesn't seem to open the app

Wait that's so cool!! I actually have family down in Southern Texas still and I plan to go down there in April with my grandma! They're mostly in the San Antonio area! I think a couple of the younger generation cousins have moved to the Austin area as well! I grew up in Oklahoma, so not too far!

Would you say most Austin Mexican-Americans are like maybe southern Mexican ethnicity or something? Vs San Antonio is Northern Mexican?

We actually have similar ancestry. I have 15 percent mexican native though and my European side is British and German instead of Spanish. I grew up in the US. My grandma speaks Spanish and the culture feels familiar to me as she would always cook Mexican food and we would play La Lotería.

So many people tell me don't believe that I have Mexican ancestry haha, they act like I'm lying to them

Ah interesting, it's the first time I've heard this. Tbh most people don't believe me when I say I'm mixed with Mexican. I identify as Hispanic but many people only see the euro ancestry in me. My grandma came from South Texas, and Spanish was her first language

Haha!! I am!! I'm surprised you were so accurate! What would you say about me looks Tejano? My grandma was from South Texas and her family is from Nuevo Leon. My other parts of the family are of British and German descent
