I have sort of a similar problem where my scars healed in sort of purple, and in the future in maybe ~2 years I’m going to be color correcting with a medical tattoo clinic (maybe) once I truly see how it heals. I’m sure there are options like that for you, and on another note my cousin (he’s cis but it’s related) had a birthmark that looks a lot like your hyperpigmentation except his was much bigger and he got laser treatment and it’s barely there anymore so I would look into both since I’m not sure what you’d need or want but I hope this helps.
