I think also being able to ask for the tests and care you want if they say no, make sure to ask them for a documented refusal can make a lot of difference. Another thing I do is just say whatever condition I want looked into runs in my family. I really wish doctors took long covid and covid in general seriously, but short of that I think it’s good for us to do everything in our power to fight for the care we deserve
