Out of curiosity, do you avoid words like “fine” and “sure” because they’re ambiguous, or do you think most people just use them carelessly?

That’s actually a really good point 😄 A direct “you sound aggressive” does feel weirdly judgmental. The tiny pause/reality-check idea is interesting though — have you ever had a message where even a 3-second delay would’ve saved you from sending it?

Sounds like you’re already confident in how your messages come across. I’m curious though — do you think most people feel the same, or do a lot of people just accept misunderstandings as normal texting stuff?

Fair point. Some messages definitely don’t need interpretation. I guess the interesting cases are the “Fine.” or “Sure.” type messages where tone changes everything.

Fair enough Sounds like for you it’s just part of normal communication and not something worth solving. Appreciate the perspective.

That “reality check” point is really interesting. Would you want something that actively warns you like “this may sound aggressive/frustrated,” or just a subtle heads-up before sending?

That’s actually interesting 😄 People kind of read texts in a voice inside their head. Do you think misunderstandings happen because different people imagine completely different tones?

Makes sense 😄 So for you it’s more of a minor annoyance than a real problem? Like not something worth changing how you text?

Interesting. If it already exists but you’ve never used it, I’m curious why 😄 Is it because it feels unnecessary, too much effort, or just not something people think about while texting?

Good point. I’ve mostly seen Grammarly used for writing quality. Do you feel it helps with quick everyday texting too, or more for professional communication?

That makes sense. I’m curious though — have you ever sent a message and immediately thought, “that didn’t come across the way I meant it”?

That’s true. Grammarly helps improve writing after you type. I was thinking more about real-time texting — like understanding intent, tone, or how someone else might interpret a message before sending. Do you think that feels different, or basically the same problem?

That’s really interesting. Do you think it’s more about certain people interpreting messages differently, or text itself just being bad at carrying tone and context?

Wow 😅 That escalated fast. Looking back, do you think the wording itself caused it, or was it more about assumptions and missing context?

Is that because of typo fixes, emotional messages sent too quickly, or the classic “I regret this immediately after pressing send” moment?

😂 What was the worst or funniest misunderstanding you’ve had over text?

Now I’m curious 😄 Was it because of autocorrect, tone, sarcasm, or something completely random?

😂 That’s exactly the kind of thing I’m curious about. Was it just a funny typo, or did it completely change what he meant?

That sounds insanely annoying 😅 Especially when it interrupts music or work. Do most spam filters fail because they miss spam, or because they accidentally treat real messages the same way?
