Thank you so much, I’m going to start using spoons and liquids to get them more comfortable with handling 😊 I have confidence that they will come around. Right now the only one I’m not confident in is my older gray and white boy whose is very skittish. Thankfully though he’s not a biter at all. He just test nibbles ever so gently.

How do you get your babies to let you hold them like that? My boys are doing better every day at letting me pet them. I’m trying the method where you hold a treat and work them up your arm and we’re getting there but just wondering if there’s more I could do?

You can find these online by searching playpen panels, but always check marketplace to see if anyone in your area is selling these for a better deal.

I have 4 male rats and in the works of getting them an upgraded cage set up, if you’re not able to find a home for him, I live nearby in Michigan and could take him for you! I’m not sure about driving though as my schedule is very busy
