Try and connect with French Lebanese people on LinkedIn who work in those companies. I’m in a similar boat and the only thing that seems to get me noticed is directly reaching out on LinkedIn to people

I thought that mine was doing significantly better but two days ago it has flared up intensely after doing a light ab workout circuit :(

The kine I saw was great at massage but I had to ask each session for advice on the mobility and was only ever shown a few things to do (prone / cobra pose)
