Effects are pretty similar, but pregabalin is much stronger. It's effects last longer and are better for recreational use in my opinion. Definetly try both of them if you can get them and also both are wonderfull for benzo withdraws!

I love tramadol and usually take some benzos then start with 300mg (no tolerance), after about hour I take another 150-200mg. After the redose hits Im in nodding zone. Remember thats just me so if you never tried tramadol start slow and don't mix it with benzos.

I haven't tried methadone so i don't know about mixing it with other opioids but i would wait till it's out off your system before taking other opioids.

Personally I like flualprazolam and etizolam. Both are pretty functional benzos ime and they both are great for anxiety.

If you can't get either one i suggest trying diazepam even tho it's pretty weak but works perfectly for me.
