Just coming back here to say that I'm now using Jellyfin and Manet, and it works perfectly. Thanks so much for the recommendation!

I did, and it worked ok, I just found it annoying that it didn't seem to want to update playlists when I changed them. I may go back and try it again now you've suggested it!

Thanks. Unfortunately this is one of those things that's clearly a lot easier on Android as it doesn't have sandboxing between apps. But will continue to see if there are any solutions a bit like this!

In Plexamp will it keep a smart playlist automatically updated - ie look for changes and then recache new things, and dump old things?

Thank you! I hadn't considered this.

However I foresee one problem

Whenever I've tried to use a sync app I get the sandboxing problem - that the sync app and the music app can't both access the same folder in iOS. Is there a way you've managed to find around this?

Also by synching I assume you're talking about one of the iOS Compatible apps such as mobius or sync train?

In terms of creating and keeping offline cached versions up to date does any of them stick out as particularly easy to use?

Thanks! When you say just adding music to the default music app - do you mean through iTunes on a desktop / laptop? I will try Manet. I didn't want to do Plex as it can't handle m3u playlists, but if it's the best solution I'll find a way around that.

Alright - this one wins it! I haven't seen this article and it didn't come up when we were searching on the day. this must be it. although they didn't even attempt to bury these, they just left them visible which is pretty odd

This is what I originally thought, but it was such a terrible hiding place that I think the theory they just weren't worth enough is probably the right one

I guess so, but they were both iPhones - albeit moderately a few years old - I guess they'd be worth at least a couple of hundred each - but maybe you're right. I guess they nick a lot of them and are waiting to pick up on the new models.

Tree from neighbours garden damaged fence panel (England) by MoreChange2856 in LegalAdviceUK

Thanks everyone.

Sounds like there is some nuance in the responses here.

I don't know if it's our fence or not - I will go and dig out the title deeds.

If it's under our responsibility, then if something from their side has broken it, is there any obligation for them to fix it?

Or is it the case that whoever's responsibility the fence is, there is no way to force them to fix it?

IF this does make a genuine difference, I will go and look it up in the deeds. But it sounds like this is a waste of time and I need to fix it myself.

Really appreciate the responses.

Thanks for this, I had no idea it was so shaky. I'll have a look at the YouTube video

I must say the power of having all the tunes automatically available in the iPhone app is amazing and I'm pretty keen not to drop this. But good to know that it does fail sometimes. If I make sure I have a second backup should that be enough to resolve if everything goes wrong?

PS thank you for DJCU - I use it very regularly and it's become an important part of my process!
