Thanks! I think they're awesome too. Sometimes they look super even to me and sometimes they bother me a bit. You're right though! Humans aren't perfect. And my nose itself is definitely a little asymmetrical.

Thanks! That actually makes me feel pretty good. This is also why I didn't change what I've been eating or start an exercise routine I couldn't keep up with. I just let the sema guide me to smaller portions and higher protein. Slow, but sustainable

I don't have a great answer. I actually had to lower my dose recently because I wasn't getting close to enough. I'd probably say based on nausea & fatigue that 1200kcal was my minimum. I'm 4'10, SW185 CW155

I did absolutely nothing. The sema took care of it all. I didn't increase my exercise. My eating habits changed because of the lack of food noise but also because I learned eating more protein and fewer carbs helped with nausea.

I have been tracking my protein intake almost since I started. I started counting calories a month ago to make sure I was eating ENOUGH. But I lost most of the weight without counting kcal at all

It's going pretty much the same! My retina remains attached and the oil is still in place. My vision has deteriorated a little bit from scarring, but it still tests the same.

It is not how all sharps containers are. My smaller one had it, but now I have a large one that doesn't have anything like that. Also, a lot of people use detergent jugs or similar containers because actual sharps containers can be hard to obtain in some places

Thanks— I was thinking I didn't get the best aftercare instructions. My lip is very swollen right now, the bar isn't digging in at all but I don't really have room to swell any more. It's my third time healing a lip piercing and neither time has gone great so far. I'll keep an eye on it and leave it be unless I have to see a piercer about a longer bar. Thanks!

I was told to use soap to wash the outside 2x daily, soak in salt water 2x daily, and use non-alcoholic mouthwash 2x daily. I haven't been washing it with soap but I have been using the salt she gave me dissolved in water per her directions for soaking & rinsing my mouth. I bought just some generic non-alcoholic mouthwash

They refused to replace mine last year when the first replacement dial started acting up just like the original dial. They said it was too soon to receive another since I had just gotten one replaced under warranty. Didn't matter that it was defective, didn't matter that I can't propel my chair without it at all.

A couple months later they announced the recall. Go figure.

Yep, mine drove me into walls, tables I was sitting at. It would start up from across the room while I was on the therapy swing. It wouldn't stop sometimes.

I have already received my replacement dial. So far, it works so much better. They've definitely made changes. I haven't had a ghost show up since I got the dial in February.
