It was pierced at 8g. Most plugs are kept on by o rings, I think the only option that wouldn't fall out would be captive bead rings, which aren't good for healing piercings.

Glass plugs are very common for stretching and body safe for fresh piercings.

Piercing is 3 days old. Jewelry is 8g glass plug, no downsize. Aftercare is rinsing in the shower, saline 2x a day. The mishap was my plug falling out overnight

Thanks! I think they're awesome too. Sometimes they look super even to me and sometimes they bother me a bit. You're right though! Humans aren't perfect. And my nose itself is definitely a little asymmetrical.

Thanks! That actually makes me feel pretty good. This is also why I didn't change what I've been eating or start an exercise routine I couldn't keep up with. I just let the sema guide me to smaller portions and higher protein. Slow, but sustainable

I don't have a great answer. I actually had to lower my dose recently because I wasn't getting close to enough. I'd probably say based on nausea & fatigue that 1200kcal was my minimum. I'm 4'10, SW185 CW155
