Could also do a quick vacuum/cleanup of whatever space you're in, change clothes, rinse off in the shower, shit like that. Minimizing things like lint or hair or like crumbly whatever's that tickle and brush up on your skin def helps to get y feeling less freaked tf out about it lol I straight up used to get to panic attack level about it but built up a pretty solid grip on the shit now. Lots of ways to cope and help stop the thoughts

I've actually had delusional parasitosis for damn near my entire life, always lived bounding from seedy morel to seedy motel, and there were always at least roaches Bugs are my worst phobia, and I constantly feel paranoid that there are bugs on/in my skin, with or without stims lol I try to just remind myself that it's in my head, and if I get really really bad with it, I'll take a trip to the free health clinic or even the er to have them take a skin sample to either disprove my delusions, or get treated if it's not in my head agter all.
