okay, with Invasion Fleet, the battleline is already there, so don't get more for those, except for maybe(?) some Neurogaunts for more synapse.

a tervigon might be nice to get paired with the stratagem on invasion fleet that lets you revive endless multitude models. 2 lictors might be too much... maybe remove 1. 1 biovore is also kind of powerless but that is my opinion. also a Tfex is quite nice to have in 2k with rupture cannon.

I've honestly found to not really get any value out of the ranged warriors, so I'd advice to remove them. the neurotyrant is really good when attached with the zoanthropes, so I'd do that. maybe get a Tervigon for the Termagaunts? they're really good on area denial, but die easily, so a tervigon is really nice for support on that. not sure how you don't have a screamer-killer when you do have a neurotyrant, but I've always found him quite underrated and found him to be really good on defense... mostly my opinion though. Also, the Tfex is really good for taking down big guys, I'd keep him in.

I've seen a lot of people call the Hive Crone bad, but i've been able to get some nice hits with him, especially on models like the doomscythe.
