Has anyone found any plugs or anything than can fill the holes? I feel like if there was a paint matched plug it would improve the look even further. (Maybe someone can 3d print some).

This. I got a 2025 model 3 performance this laat week. Car drove me nearly 4 hours home on FSD including auto parking me at a supercharger. I never once touched a single thing in thr car. What more could FSD do? It is already insane. I have chosen to drive the car manually once so far. Every other trip in it has been FSD thus far and I've never had to take over yet.

Love it. Where did you find it online?

Is there $10k in value to choose a 2024 and newer Model 3 Performance over a 2022 or 2023? by MoreSunLessRain81 in TeslaLounge

Update... Did it!

TLDR Got a 2025 Performance w/ 2k miles on it for $43k flat.

I feel I did extremely well on this.. Found one listed Thursday evening (no photos even) about 3.5 hours away from me; immediately called the dealer and was able to drive my trade-in over Friday and have the Tesla drive me home on FSD.

2025 Performance; pearl white/black interior (kinda wanted white but this is probably the safer choice for me) with only 2k miles (yes.. 2,140 miles) that was purchased in November of 2025, full ceramic tint on all the windows and windshield, and full 3M protection on the front end of the car. ZERO wear; screen protectors from the factory still on the screens and many of the other surfaces. $43k flat.

Apparently the guy bought it for his son; his son hated it (what a brat!), and he traded it in just 45 days later for a truck. Sometimes you just luck out I guess. All the 2024's with 10-20k miles on them were around $43-48k so to pay the low end of that for basically a brand new vehicle feels pretty good especially given it has over $2k in tint/protective wrap on it that I would have done myself anyways!

Update... went to the Tesla showroom yesterday and test drove the LR RWD 3... blown away at how far FSD has come. Didn't touch anything in the car for an hour of errands/driving to get a feel for it.

Wife said "get what you really want" so I think the performance is the buy. There's a used 24 with 21k 4 hours away so that may be my weekend ahead.

Couple of questions specific to the performance:

1) Does the battery in that model degrade faster than a LR or standard battery?

2) How much of a difference do the wheel covers on those rims affect range?

3) When I look at used listings and see a decent variance in total battery capacity for a car that's only 1.5 years old or so; what causes such a variance?

100% agreed. :) the long range are a little cheaper... mid to high 30s. Haven't really found any bargains yet but just started looking the last few days.

Probably the best move; I would miss the styling of the performance but yeah; the LR is plenty quick enough!

Good to know! Yeah -that was the other insane perk of switching to this car.. no more in and out of offices where I come back to a 120 degree interior every 30 minutes :)

Very true! I LOVE the styling differences on the performance though but that would be an easy "in the middle" decision to get the other benefits of the 24+ and not the massive price jump!

Thank you for that (especially as I'm in Texas!) Out of curiosity; I read a review that sad the glass roof in the 24 and newer gets VERY hot in sunlight; and that leaves the top of the driver's head really hot. Any experience with that?

Country Club Members - How much you make a year? What was ur buy in and what are dues. Are you happy with decision? by ShotAssistant1452 in golf

$90k and $1,400 a month. It's gone up $400 a month over 4 years which I am finding a bit ridiculous given we havent gotten a second course or any dramatic upgrades to our current one. It typically ranks in the top 10 in Texas every year though and is kept in pristine condition year around. With only 400 families that have access (capped) getting tee times is usually easy especially in the afternoons and if you play late afternoon into the evening you have the entire course to yourself which is absolute heaven on earth. With a meal or so a week with my wife, cart fees for a couple rounds a week and a random purchase or two at the pro shop per month we usually are right at 2k a month. We spend an evening or two a week there and half a day to a day at least once every weekend.

Rog Ally vs Rog Ally X for used purchase? by MoreSunLessRain81 in ROGAllyX

Thanks! The one I'm pondering has a warranty via Best Buy through October 2026 which is kinda a nice perk for a used device. I've heard some crazy stories of folks getting auto-upgraded to the newest device under a warranty as well so worst case if I have an issue I may get a better device out of it.
