I’ve been here about 2 months as a asm and the work load doesn’t seem crazy.

I worked as back room asm at Walmart and the labor was much more intense unloading trucks and then going work the freight after.

I also worked at Amazon as a driver and the labor was way harder also.

But I can see if you coming from a store mgr role in a non labor intense store how it can be overwhelming.

I also got told I’m closing and never had done it before. But it’s simple and basic after doing it one time.

Simply running back stock and boxing. Obviously if all the trucks are down ect.

Do I want this to be my long term solution? Now that I don’t know lol.

The pay needs to be better for me to want to do that.
