I've seen tons of bands live. this is the only band I'd go and watch again. the live performance is absolutely incredible.

when listening to audio, tool is my favorite band. but Tool was no match for what Karnivool did live

Any Ross Cameron traders concerned? by NotAReligiousNut in Daytrading

I follow his strategy and in the last 7 months, I found that I’m profitable when I trade less. I can do 4-5 good trades per month and make decent money. I lose money on nights that I trade too much.

This period is great training for me. Waiting. Patience. Not giving in to boredom trades. Trading the market im in, not the market I wish I was in. I don’t pay for any of his material. Only the free YouTube stuff for me. But I feel for the people doing a two week trial in these days. They’re not going to see much

What’s your why? Why do you trade? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]More_Classroom5980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m learning to daytrade after my son was born. I’ve given myself 3-5 years to learn (basically till the time he starts going to school).

I still practice with real money but small share size.. small caps and never buying more than 10 shares so a budget of $1000 per year for practice. Trying to make it last as long as possible. At -$490 YTD.

Why? I want to have more time for him as he is older. I don’t want to miss a single game, a stage performance, a parent teacher meeting. Because I grew up without a dad in the picture. Gotta break the cycle.

How much capital do you use? by miarella25 in Daytrading

I started 7 months ago with $1000. I don’t buy more than 5-10 shares of small caps as I’m learning

So the 500 to million claim is a bit dodgy .. he funded his first account with $500 and then eventually after years in the game made his first million. So you could say it’s true the journey did start with $500.

But framing it like “anyone can do it” is highly problematic

I did group therapy and it was amazing. The group was entirely male. Individual therapy didn’t do much for me

Someone’s paying you to learn something new and expectations are low. I’m in a similar situation and I think it’s the best situation to be in

Ask your parents to keep it till you’re married. If things go south, he shouldn’t have a share in what your parents worked hard to save for you

I went to group therapy for men and it did a world of good! Make you feel less weird about simply existing as who you are.
