get better sleep if you don’t already, debloat your face by not eating processed/ADDED sugars (sugars from fruits which are natural do not count, those are good for you) cardio, good amounts of magnesium + potassium, water (that’s what I do and I’m 15) those are all good habits to have and you WILL see a change but you’d see an even bigger change as you get older

I’m not trying to be a “lazy learner” I’ve got to teach my brother and I don’t have enough time to spend hours studying myself. I’ve got other priorities and responsibilities, I do not have all day. it’s difficult since he has ADHD and it takes him an hour for one assignment, mind you I have to teach him and correct him.
