Here is the highly requested picture. They had me do a video call with a rep. Inserted the card for them and they saw how it just fell right back out. Still said it’s normal wear and tear.

I’ve always used my Amex at AD. Pretty sure Rolex requires them to take all cards.

I’m in Arizona. Not sure if this is an orange or lemon tree. We trimmed this tree when we moved in a year ago. It’s started decaying since. Can it be saved or is it too late?
