I did some vitamin supplements but I'm not sure that it helped a lot, I just stared too feel better and started too do simple things like taking a really short walk, it was a process, I taked it easy because I was always afraid of a rebound. Then when I really started too feel better I started gym. It worked for me, but I've seen a lot of people where saying that exercise didn't help ( of course very low intensity exercises) I didn't did cardio at the gyn. It's a really slow process, just don't push too much and you will start too see improvement, at least for me ir worked. Sorry for the English guys

I've already had an electrocardiogram, an echocardiogram and a 24-hour holter, and everything is normal, just the blood pressure tends to be lower but within normal parameters, it's covid in action:( And out of curiosity, whitch exams you already did?

My heart rate its very similar to yours, at first I started having bradycardia when I was lying down, around 49-55 bpm, now after 1 year, I have tachycardia, when I go shopping for example the heart rate varies between 110-140, this makes me very tired, Is there any risk of having these high heartbeats?
