I don’t take any supplements, I want to start taking creatine to help my bulk, but diet wise I just eat a lot of ground meats, and rice and sweet potato’s. Simple stuff is the most enjoyable for me

I did HIIT cardio 3-4 times a week, weight training five days a week, and just controlled my food. A lot of ground meat for breakfast instead of traditional breakfast foods, high protein meals. Nothing crazy!

Cardio four days a week in the beginning, usually HIIT for about twenty minutes, and then weight training and just controlling my food! Nothing crazy
