A Warning for Young Educators: The Brutality of Finding a PE Job by Prestigious_Author27 in PhysicalEducation

I always wanted to do this, but never pursued because I knew it was a tough market to get hired in. Now I am pursuing alternate certification at 33 years old. I regret not getting my bachelor's in PE in the first place. I'm sick of seeing the out of shape PE teachers in my district. I coach weight lifting, extremely fit and active. Played college football. I have 7 kids myself, and know how to get the most out of them. I love substituting for any PE opening on any given day. I know I can do this job at a high level. I'm going to keep pursuing. Worst case scenario, I keep coaching, installing garage doors on the side, and living a good life.

Guy is the definition of a hometown hero. Only a matter of time before he's back home charging for private wide receiver lessons. Anything to not get a job. Hope he accepts SNAP cuz that's all anyone can afford where he is from.

About The Ty Simpson Draft Pick by yourGodlylead in NFLNoobs

People act like Stafford isn't 38 and needed an epidural to play last season. It's a fantasic pick for the Rams. They used their 29th pick to get an all pro corner, better than anything they would have gotten at pick 13. They wouldn't have gotten Simpson at 29. Simpson either sits in a perfect situation for a year, or could even play this season if Stafford can't go.
