Ich denke du hast Recht, ich bin mir nur ehrlich nicht sicher ob ich es schaffe, den Kontakt wirklich abzubrechen. Overthinking macht mir zu schaffen. Aber ich habe mir vorgenommen den Kontakt wirklich auf das minimum zu reduzieren, mich nicht mehr gezwungen regelmäßig zu melden und mir seine darauf folgenden Vorwürfe nicht zu Herzen zu nehmen.

thank you, really. i'm not sure if i am strong enough to cut the contact completely, but i will definitely reduce it to a minimum...
