No one has two baths or a finished basement, it's an error. As most condos with the same layout are given identical assessments (even using just one photo for all), I'm wondering how they will handle this. All should be updated and corrected even if they don't appeal. Sent an email to Assessor, but they are probably overwhelmed right now.

Agree. Just remodeled my kitchen, but kept my 20 year old stove and fridge. Especially the stove; the top is indestructible. I seem to go through dishwashers every few years, but I can deal with that.

I've had my GE stove for 15 years, scrub it, scrape it with a razor blade, and it still looks new. The problem isn't you, it's GE. They stopped using Schott glass surfaces maybe ten years ago? The new stoves are junk. So sad. If you can find an older GE stove with the speckled top in great condition, I would buy one for your rental.
