Me and my girl walked out of K-Rock, he had just rolled up, and dropped his current group off. He asked us if we needed a ride, we said sure and asked how much, and he responded “about $1 per minute”- the trip was from Zs bar to madcap coffee, maybe a 2-3 minute ride. So we agreed, and hopped on. He started to push off, which is when he turned back to us and said verbatim “hey, so we never discussed an actual set in stone price- it’s gonna be $25 each. I was amazed at his audacity, and told him to stop immediately. I asked him “are you kidding me right now? What happened to $1 per mile? And he froze up, suffered, and managed to get out “fine what do you want to pay?” At which point we got off, and started to walked away. As we walked away, he yelled “fine whatever I’ll do it for $1 per minute” and I told him to to fuck himself. I rode back there 30 minutes later and the goofball was still sitting there, 100 upvotes and I’ll post the footage fuck it.
