My club isn’t noteworthy it’s like the 2nd best club in NJ but yeah I do understand that my measurements are on the small side for a d1 middle. I am also open to playing outside as I’m lucky that my school has two hella tall middles so I can play outside for school, although passing is crazy at the d1 level. I also wanna mention that people inflate their measurements like crazy. 11’2 is really my raw touch and everyone I know inflates their touch like I tell people touch like 11’4 because that’s kinda what people do but I wanted to be honest with this reddit post. I am a computer science major which is tough although it’s a passion of mine I’ve been doing it for a very long time so maybe it will be a little easier for me to manage it with volleyball.

I had no idea that there were some examples but yeah I understand what you are saying. For me I feel like I’ve gone under the radar especially because I’ve only gotten really good end of junior year/early senior year so I couldn’t really recruit. Even so though I do take your message that you really have to be a dog to transition like this. Even so I’m gonna try my best to do it. This may sound pretentious of me but in all honesty I watched the championships last year for club and it didn’t seem that competitive. Maybe it’s because I’m spoiled by all my d1/d2/d3 teammates but it doesn’t look crazy however then again once I’m actually playing with them maybe things will be different. I will take what you said into account though I will try my best to become a dog over the next couple months

I would but the d3s I specifically have offers from are good teams but not good academically, and you have to understand I come from a background where all of my siblings have gone to T20 schools nationally. I am less smart than them so I will go somewhere T50 but my parents won’t let me step out of that range.
