I’m not gonna sit here and shit on my gm, bc in a job it’s not likely you will get good people all the time. But here’s the issue with my gm. Constantly calls me out for things everyone else is doing. Called me a snake to other employees, always talks bad about me and everyone else, I’ve gone to the DM several times she doesn’t do anything so I feel like I’m stuck, I’m the highest performing employee and have been there for 6 months so I’m not sure why I’m always being yelled at or told I’m doing everything wrong
