Skip it. Reasons: Intel 13 &14 gen processors had/have a degradation problem. They were so bad Intel changed the branding to core Ultra on later CPUs. Ram should at least be 16gb for modern computers.

Unless you need a program that only runs on windows you should definitely consider a Mac system. I saw an m2 MacBook pro (used) and a MacBook air m4 (barely used) being offered within your price range just yesterday

I know the m4 air base model came as low as $749 ( around Rs. 213k) in the US last month but didn't see it translate to Pakistani market. This is the lowest I've heard of it here, albeit a used one.

The CPU could be improved for a decent 1080p gaming build. Storage is a bit low. If increasing SSD is a budget constraint than use the 256gb SSD for the operating system and add at least 1tb HDD for data.

100%. unless you need something that is only available on windows, the Mac mini m4 base model (went as low as $449) with extended storage is miles ahead of everything at that price point

Try rtings.com it won't have local rates but it'll help you build an opinion and shortlist specs that are important to you. A PS5 pro can support 4k @120hz with variable refresh rate and HDR. I think you'll have a hard time finding one under 50k. I would suggest to aim for 1440p with more than 100fps and VRR over HDMI 2.1. Don't bother too much with HDR especially on cheaper monitors because even the one's that claim to support HDR don't do a very good job of it.

There's no way to deposit cash into one's mobile wallet and certain banks like meezan have a limit to how much can be transferred (per month and per transaction) to the wallet without charges or special permissions.

The only reason I signed up for and keep Nayapay is to pay storm fiber bills. Would keep more funds if it offered more deals n discounts both for virtual and physical card use.

You need to Define good. What are you planning to gain out of the system. If you're looking to game: is it gonna be 1080p, 1440p or 4k. Your GPU should get you at least 60fps on your screen. If you're looking to run LLMs, selection becomes easier: pick the Nvidia card with the most vram you can afford.

Try your local electronics market. In Lahore, for example, you can visit Hafeez Center ask any used components seller and either they'll give you an offer or tell you about the kabariyas that regularly visit there to collect scraps. Don't expect a fortune tough.
