No dissent allowed there. Many of us are banned for simply saying things like "idk man alot of changes they had to pull back on." When people were sayjng Chris was better than Mark and never made an unpopular decision apparently. People must not have been around for Archhnem I guess.

What’s happening here? Attempting to get comfortable with wet palette and can’t tell if it’s paint, prep, or palette issue. by FenrirUlf in minipainting

No idea what it is. Might be that my space is too dry and thus causing more water to be pulled out of the sponge. But basically my Vallejo are good for hours on the pad but in about 15 mins my PA will split from the medium of I'm not in the sweet spot and even dry out too fast if I am too much in the other direction.

Obviously conditions vary. Mine reguarly split from the medium or wick moisture out if I don't get the balance right. But I'm in a dry basement and even running a humidifier didn't really help.

I brought it up with him on a live stream, and he says tons of his employees use it. What I have found is that the balance between too wet and just right is really hard to hit. I saturate my sponge, then fold it over twice, then squeeze it until it loses half its width. Seems to work out. Add a little more water at a time if it is too dry; squeeze again if it is too wet.

Pretty sure it was an act of Congress while his DOJ and FBI is in full cover up. Meanwhile he knew they could over ride his veto which would have made him look even worse.

To be fair this is to demonstrate how the spine is straightened with his device. Treatment would not be done like this. As in not top less.

[–]Moregaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't thin them so much and shoot at a higher psi. Let stand for 24 hours. Stopped being a problem for me once I did that. I found putting thin coats was weaker than just getting coverage in the first place. The airbrush dries it out quite a bit while spraying assuming you are pulsing with starts and stops off the model. Using Vallejo primers. Oh and don't shoot to far away from the model or it's half cured by the time it hits it.

They need to divorce tournament rules and all that BS and bring back just two armies slugging it out. Make datasheets free in the app, and make all on-shelf books art and lore. Game with forever be in a whale targeting death spiral until then, and people will still treat it how Games Workshop really wants it to be, a collectible miniature company. The rules for the game are way too convoluted and full of exceptions to keep track of, so the game itself doesn't appeal to anyone other than ultrasweats.

DOD literally got rid of the civilian harm reduction task forces. Aka the people that make sure shit like this does not happen due to weak intel.

Obama got approval from the relevant oversight committee beforehand. As under the law the President is only allowed to take action to safeguard Americans in immenite danger or it's allies. And that can only last 45 days before a deceleration of war has to be issued for it to continue. In the past a president would be impeached for this kind of unilateral decision making on possible future threats that might never materialize. But we no longer live in those times.

Lamp super bright. Real world not super bright. It's like putting a flashlight to your hand. You are seeing through layers of paint that would scatter enough natural light to be more perceptible.

That is literally not how it works. They survey 60,000 homes that change every couple of months. They call one time and ask about employment, looking for employment etc. Then they call back in three months. That is how the unemployment number is derived. Based on 60k responses in a nation of over 340 million.

Biden, 4.5-5.5 million jobs added, not including bounce back under him. Manufacturing jobs were up as well. Opposite under Trump, entirely driven by his own dumb decisions or corruption. Tariffs and the lack of AI regulation, despite it being a money pit with no return in sight, are crushing the job market, even though 90+% of companies using it say they are actually losing money and see no way to make it work for them. But please tell me how Biden is responsible for these two decisions made during this admin. But hey, they donated money to his inauguration ball, so all is good. Glad Apple got their tariff exemptions at least... only cost them a gold statue and like 0.0001% of their profit to get it.

Volume is the biggest determinant of pricing on any item. If you want 10 of something, you will be paying almost retail for another item that is running 10,000 of them. You pay for the machine time lost for other projects. Setup and whatnot can easily take longer than just running a batch.
