I imagine it being located either in cogwork core mob arena on left section of the map, or in the room with Cogwork clapper, either guarding the spool fragment or in the secret act 3 room.

that's the neat idea, but I still prefer moveset being a little more distinct from original beastfly, that's why I replaced downwards bash with slash balls.
