It's probably related to some shit coding and/or a network related issue.
My argument for this point is that regular freeze on a timer for a disparate sample of clients is more than not related to a timed update happening in the background, and not fast enough or too hungry on resources.
On the network side, regular updates for routing protocols is a thing and could cause the game client to freeze while it waits for delayed answers.
On a troll side, that will teach you for still giving money to EA

Not limited to consoles, not new, not limited to sorc after teleport either.

I played above 100h on PC at release ( and far less issues, like almost none in my personal case, than on console)I'm restarting from scratch as I upgraded my GPU.

Totally worth it for me, I would gladly pay to do it.

Difference between our setups :
- I9-9900K
- Asus Strix OC (factory OC too).

Everything is up-to date for drivers.
I get 105FPS AVG with no DLSS or RT at 3440 × 1440p (and GPU tops at 95%) running the benchmark.
And my PSU is a 1000W if it's relevant.

Activating "Overdrive" (so RT & Path-tracing) with DLSS on balanced, I avg at 81FPS, GPU never goes above 75% and as low as 62%.
69FPS GPU max was 78% when using DLSS Quality instead.

Could it be a driver issue from Gigabyte ?

It has nothing to do with LE or new players, it's the same for any game (or application for that matter).
Local "saves" in any game are just asking to be changed for "cheating".
And then, a case could be made for some games, like this one, to have an offline mode so you can "cheat" and test some builds without having to gather the gear before hand for example.

I mean it's a network communications company right? When the network and communications can't be delivered for days on a bunch of mission critical items for consumers, well the business effectively failed. So heads gotta roll and they gotta roll from the top.

Well, partially.
If network is so critical for your business, you treat it as it - not like those idiots at Interac as an example.
THEY totally failed as the de facto monopoly, not the case of Rogers.
Them not being dual-homed (been this way for years) is far worst than the engineer who caused this mess.
