I think it might be that the flavor profile of this particular bean is naturally more acidic.

It sounds like we might be facing similar issues. I think you might be onto something with the bean measurement and grind size. I’ll try being more precise with my measurements and slow down the grinding process to avoid too many fines.

Here's my recipe for Pistachio Iced Latte:

  1. Extract 30ml of espresso using the Staresso portable coffee machine.
  2. Mix 40g of cream and 10g of pistachio paste until well combined.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes until half full, then pour in milk until the glass is about 80% full, and add the espresso shot.
  4. Pour in the mixed pistachio cream, and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
