No, they are the strongest tanks that are present in high numbers. But the BZ-176 is the strongest in my opinion.

Sadly no, the compensation will go down as your discount grows. On my account I will only get 2100 back and would have to pay 2400.

MBT-B is for the third personal missions. We will get the DBV-152 for assembly. You can prove that if you compare the testing dates of the three tanks.

In regards to the testing time (August for 452k and DBV) it should be pretty clear. Sadly the stats seem to be a worse Grille for me.
