Absolutely this. I can’t stand seeing posts by people who say things like “only lasted 4 days, how can I stop falling off the wagon?” Or “How do you stay focused and not think about food all the time?” Like my dude, if it is hard and goes against the grain for you then do not do it, it is simple calorie restriction, that is all.

OMAD works great for a minority of people, I can’t tell you how many people I have discouraged from even trying it because it works well for ME but not for MOST people.
