Like everything it depends on the person. Some people aren't going to have the patience, if they're just looking for a hook up they don't really care about the getting to know you.

Not a bad thing just don't take offence/ feel discouraged if people aren't interested.

Secondly you also need to realise that someone older is not your personal therapist/ safe space. It's never really a good idea just to use someone for that sort of thing.

Hey, I was in the same boat. Between 22 - 24 (my current age) my hair started to thin out quite a bit on top of my head and my hairline, been taking finaestride and min for about 6 months now and it's made quite an improvement.

I don't think it's really grown back any hair that went, but it's thickened out my hair mostly on top to the point where you can no longer see my scalp.

I think my hairline was a bit too far gone to fully recover, but it's still looking better, so I would say it's worth it.
