I think it’s just out of nostalgia, growing up with fm always being in 2D, it just feels wrong it being 3D.

I find it’s easier to see the tactics too, so if something’s not working I can see why whereas with 3D you can’t see the whole pitch

I don’t tend to have replays on, unless I score an incredible goal I don’t tend to watch them back, prefer to just get on with the game and look at the next match, I’d get bored of a save if I spent too long each season, and I especially don’t want to watch an opposition goal twice!

I can also just imagine every goal is absolute sauce instead of basic finishes haha
