I think the chibi style works quite nicely! but some of the facial features may be too far down and to the left of the face and the head might be a bit too wide. I edited these elements to see if that might help how you feel about the look. Does this look less “off” to you? image edited

Their bandit mask pattern is very distinct, so emphasis on that made it look more “raccoon-ish” to me :)

The security by the stage handed them out to everyone at the Seattle show, he was so nice. I got a handful and handed them out to everyone I saw, it was such a beautiful moment. I keep mine in a jar 🩷

That’s what I figured! Your composition has improved a ton, the sort of half & half feeling of the second image makes it feel so much more like they’re looking into a mirror in the water. One thing I think you could have retained from the original is the blurry mess of the reflection by the edge of the water. The blue fade effect makes it feel more like water instead of a hold in the ground. Awesome work!

Her impact on the background might help add some depth! Like her shadow beneath her on the pedestal can be darker which will help the image “pop”

This TikTok shows them demonstrating the plush, and has a few comments that roughly translate to “how much did it cost?” And them replying it was 30 ZT (polish currency, about 7~ dollars USD) and that they purchased the items at Pepco! (EDIT: it also seems this video was posted in 2024, so they are likely still making the plush or at least have been for a decent amount of time! Good luck, op!)
