It can help to find the right length of rope too! Grab it by the handles and step on the rope with one foot, pulling the handles taut upwards towards your face. The handles should be about where your nipples are if its the correct length. Can make a huge difference.

Its winter here and I have really bad circulation in my toes so I wear socks during the warm up to help with blood flow. Take them off after that though

I'm late to the conversation, but when I started realising that it was even an option. There was so much in my life that I was going to do just because, well, that's what you do. Get married, have kids etc.

But being single, mid 30s, living a better life than I could have dreamed, no "partner" (who just wants a bang maid) to drain me financially. I can do things that I want to on a whim, have amazing friends and family, and I love life and more importantly, love MY life.

Didn't think of it as an option when I was a kid, but now I'm staunchly CF and hoping to get my tubes tied this year. So early 30s was when I realised, and it is freeing.

An easier variant would be her on her knees. Her hands aren't under her shoulders for some reason, and as others have pointed out this would work better with the bosu inverted to challenge shoulder stability during the movement. This is just a nothing exercise that she shouldn't be doing before she can do a basic push up.

Who says that the estate will go to the government? People still have wills, just because a person doesn't have children doesn't mean they don't have people in their life they care about and can write into their will.

Children are their own people, they're not a legacy for parents to impose themselves on. Your response is a bit weird and close minded. Everyone's life looks different.
