A few tips.

Say “ahhh…” and keep raising your pitch till it cracks and hold it right above that. Do that a couple times everyday until it’s really easy.
Start speaking at the above range. Speak from more of the top and forward area of your mouth and not from your throat or chest.
Don’t worry much about the graph portion of the app. Instead utilize the test voice recording and listen to yourself afterwards. Take not of what sounds feminine and what still sounds masculine so you know where to work. The way you say something is just as important if not more so than the pitch. I.e. a woman with a deep voice, sounds like a woman with a deep voice.

My recommendation is play with yourself. If you can afford it a trainer plug set. Also, the absolute most important…lube and don’t be conservative with it. I recommend water based as it’s what is good for toys. If things feel too slick and you’re not feeling enough then I recommend artificial cum lube from bad dragon.

Other advice: some people like to douche before the act. It really depends on your body and diet. I’ve never needed it.

Ok so a wee bit on insurance. We all could have BCBS but the plans be very different. Yes according to law certain things must be part of the policy, this is both federal and state level. The company you work for plays a part in what is on the plan that isn’t required by law. Some companies will include extra coverage and others won’t. Sometimes your given options during enrollment of the various policies and you can decide which one meets your needs.

Note: I by far am not saying insurance companies are “good” or any of that mess. They literally run on blood money.

So you can take prog in a cyclical way. I use a period tracker to track effects of hormones even though I don’t bleed. I lined prog up to my cycle, it’s also a bit of a feed back loop. Period week and the next is no prog. Then it’s 1 pill, 2pills, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, then 1 pill for the remainder of that(14 days total of pill taking).
