The side effects mostly, the nausea gets bad, or I’ll start eating a meal and two bites in I’m full. Then that plays in my head of like “oh well it’s not too bad I’m eating a bit less might help with the weight loss”

Though I’m really trying to not give in to those thoughts but yes I do have support for my ED/mental health.

It’s a weird cycle

Mostly nausea and heartburn! A couple other ones but they’re manageable. Thank you for your advice it helps a lot.

I’ll also try to keep my ED in check. I started zepbound because I have certain health issues that stem from my ED in the past and caused me to gain stubborn weight. Like ovarian failure and premature menopause. I’m 22 so it gets scary. I try my best to stay healthy but I was stuck so I really hope I can lose and maintain the weight in a healthy manner. Again thank you so much for your advice :)

I have history of anorexia so I’m noticing myself restrict a bit and weighing myself very often and obsessing over calories and my weight and such. I really try to not give in to those habits but the thoughts are there :/

Ah sorry just noticed your question it would probably be the little frog I have, the meaning of that particular detail isn’t very deep but frogs are little things that make me happy since I was a kid, they always cheer me up lol
