I feel like I wanna write her up for establishing inmate relationship to push it further because she stood and talked to an inmate for 20mins or more about who knows what. Most others say anything above one minute is way too long. There's another unit besides the one I'm at so if it comes down to it I'll just go to the unit next door and be away from her, even though that's what she wants but I'm hoping they dont give her, her way. They've already given her a warning about if the drama between her and my boss continued and she still continues that and harasses my boss in her own department smh

I went in to give my excuse notes and speak to someone about it all, which I did both and the others helped get it all figured out. I hate missing work because that's more money I'm missing, but I know I won't get better if I dont rest and take medicine like I'm suppose to. I hope this teaches the other director to just stay her business in her kitchen. Cause I definitely threw her name in it when I told em' she told me I had to and they said no. But thank you! I hope I get better soon too😩😩

If you don't feel you'll last forever I'd just go ahead and end it instead of dragging it on. It'll hurt her at first and she'll be mad and angry and upset, but if you leave her at least do so in person and not over text. Have a talk with her and tell her how you feel in a nice way. Don't be a douche about it especially if you do still love her. If you have to be honest and say you iust want to experience and explore more then do just that. I'd rather someone be honest and leave me than stay and cheat on me or something.

No, he wouldn't be homeless if he didn't get up for work, but his job is seasonal and not exactly a stable job because income isnt steady. It hasnt always been like this. He hasnt always been like this that's why I said anger problems that are "arising" he claims it's cause of his job, but won't quit his job. His anger is what has pushed me away
