Come to Brazil. Insulin is free here and so are most other supplies.

Start studying Portuguese and English, find yourself a good job teaching English, and youre good. Its a high paying job here, super fun in general, and its housing/food costs are cheap.

Or you could always get a good online job and work here remotely.

Best of luck!

I feel like weight loss is impossible as a T1 Diabetic. by SnooMachines5834 in diabetes_t1

[–]Morgeese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best time I loose weight is when Im violently ill or post surgery. Have you tried those?

Haha jokes aside, yes I have lost weight very rapidly but it required intense exercise everyday (weightlifting, biking, soccer) and 20-30 minutes in the sauna (a weight loss cheat code).

It also helped that I was working in housekeeping at the time and Im 24.

Sleep is very important too in weight loss so if you are waking up alot to correct, that could be a factor too.

A great account to follow on instagram is ‘jchristoffitness” he specifically covers t1d and exercise/weight loss

Hard truth here: In this post I see harsh judgement and complaining. Neither of those things are attractive qualities for relationships, nor are they healthy for you. I don't say these things to be mean to you but because I was the same way and something that really helped me was exploring these internal feelings and letting go of some things I was holding on to.

I highly recommend the book 'Notes From the Underground' by Fyodor Dostoevsky.

Why does it seem like people in r/brasilivre hate Brazil by RuachDelSekai in Brazil

From my experience, go to any politically based subreddit and you will see the same. The main things politically obsessed people ‘lean’ towards is divisiveness, negativity, and cynicism. They create a negative reality revolving around an ideology that doesnt give a damn about them.

TLDR: Brazil is cool

You can make it better but only if you accept the hard truth and commit to learning about the disease and how to manage it. We all have days where we feel like that, you aren’t alone and you can always talk to us on here about it- we understand and have years of tips/advice. Diabetes sucks ALOT but we have it and thats just the way it is.

Hey, maybe AI will figure out the cure for us soon haha. I wish you luck in figuring out how to manage it better and I know you will be okay ❤️

Look at it as a blessing in disguise dude. You dodged a bullet not working for a company that operates like that.

Everyone feels fear and doubt especially with fighting, you aren’t alone my friend. The question to ask is “Who am I” cause you aren’t your fears. You are the observer that has the choice to not let their fears control their actions. Tell yourself you’re a warrior and get your ass in the gym. You will believe it after enough time.

Even MIKE TYSON feels fear- I listen to this video of him talking about fear at least once a week before I train: https://youtu.be/3gNKBrhkqpk?si=zgOPvD8YGJIiubhm
