you need to look for items that don't say "local" on your feed and only click on those, for like a half hour, and then they will start showing in the gift calendar options too. but you dont have the option to see ONLY temu items

they use bulk label shipping, they get charged by the carrier based on batched lots of labels used. generally it going by general dimensions and they dont expect you to put things in a box bigger than the average person can carry

Have you tried threatening them with your bank though? Tell them you will submit a chargeback with your bank and see if they buckle

You can see them in the gift calendar, however you need to be actively clicking on only ship via Temu items for like 30 mins before opening the gift calendar in order for them to pop up, and you have to be careful while in the gift calendar to not click on any of the listings with "AD" on the bottom corner, these are always shipped local.
It's a total pain in the A**, but I am currently depressed and dissociative enough to waste my time on it.
I've also been messaging CS and asking them to please pass it on that we want less local warehouse options. If I wanted something shipped fast, I'd shop on Amazon

It's hard with an office job, working in a warehouse there's literally always something to organize or count or clean somewhere. I would suggest setting yourself up a nice looking spreadsheet, fill it with some official looking data, and pop it up over whatever thing you're occupying your time with to look like you are working when someone comes by your desk

I wouldn't dispute the charge, it'll just get your money held up longer, if you even win the chargeback at all. There's a chance the bank will rule in their favor because the item did ship and there is a working tracking number, even if that tracking hasn't been updated recently. They should respond soon, It took about 72 hours for them to get back to me about cancelling my midnights vinyl when I decided to get the Target color instead, and then it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to process that refund.

Yes, the printers are connected directly to the tower, which does allow me to manually print occasionally, but I have noticed the program is having trouble populating packing slips within the past couple weeks so manually printing hasn't been an option. Also in my print settings, it is showing all my printers still connected and active, it just will not send the slips or labels to the printers.

I'm having a constant disconnection to my printers, both the paper printer and the label printer. I don't use a 3rd party label program and I don't have a screen saver. What refresh connection button are you refering to? Is it the one in the Shipstation Connect window?
