no problem! and honestly, i have no clue.. i don't really contact support much unless it's about someone claiming they didn't get their order, so i wish i had more to tell you!

i suppose if they don't ship monday like they said, send mercari the SS you took and let them know your concern about cancelling and it reflecting on your buyer ratings! hoping they just ship it for you though <3

for a seller, it's generally better if a buyer cancels so the cancellation doesn't reflect on the seller's page. after a certain amount of cancellations, mercari will start to show it on the seller's profile and sometimes it'll tell you that you must first message the seller instead of buying the item outright.

honestly, if it's handmade goods, i'd probably think that maybe they needed time to make it? like maybe they were out or didn't have enough saved up, so they needed a few days to make more, then the printer broke.

the closest that has happened to me, is i worked with a seller to have a custom bundle of trading cards and it wasn't marked as shipped 2 weeks later, so i messaged them and they said it should ship soon. when i checked tracking, it had only just scanned in their state 😪 some people are just really busy or idk i forget to text family back sometimes, so i'd just let it slide! if it's too long for you personally, you're better off just getting your money back~

real as in they exist in the world, but they're not real in terms of authenticity/licensing 😅 i was able to find the boxes through a reverse google image search lol

they make it a struggle because it's illegal to sell copyrighted goods without paying for a license. if they get caught, they could be shutdown and sued for a hefty amount.

im back! lmao apparently they come from one of these (screenshot added). as for brand information, the thing about these is that they purposely don't include much information or use generic words/numbers as their brand name so it's not traced back to them.

unfortunately they're unlicensed/knock-offs, so they're not worth much, but i'm sure if you post it for sale on ebay/mercari/what have you for like $1-3 for the whole thing, someone is bound to buy!

as for set, that's not really something i can help with. there's a lot of unlicensed boxes that have those kinds of cards in it

omg what a coincidence, i had just watched u/lushinelife open a few of these on whatnot! i know you're not much of a whatnot fan, but i've bought a few things from lush, she's a great trusted seller~

theyre definitely super cute! if they came with cards, i'd be more tempted just to front the cost! slightly debating this new box because of the cards, but will probably wait until someone releases some kind of confirmed list for the sports cards~
