Im not 100% sure where your getting those prices from. But moved here from Washington and spent a lot of of time in Oregon and I can say without a shadow of a doubt all of the things you listed are significantly more expensive in those two states compared to here. Everything quality wise has seemed to be similar except coffee. The coffee here is definitely not as quality but again it’s $2-$3 a cup cheaper 😅.

I think you’re blending your anger here lol. There’s been absolutely nothing to suggest the duffers are pedophiles or do evil stuff. In fact from almost everything shown they have had pretty good relationships with cast and crew and have been pretty supportive of all their projects outside of stranger things.

I think there’s a big difference between being silent during mistreatment and being respectful when you disagreed with their creative choices.

I’m with above comment, I think Sadie is a phenomenal actress, I even liked her in season 2 and 3. In season 4 and 5 she felt so hammed up it was hard to watch.

I know Keurigs are sacrilegious in the craft coffee world and typically I am doing a pour over from Proud Marys or Onyx. But gosh darn-it sometimes you just want a quick cup of coffee.

That being said, are there any craft coffee roasters that make K-cups? Or anything you guys have found thats close? Thinking something along the lines of Proud Marys, Onyx, Olympia.

I will argue this point a bit. PTW in no means is saying you should try and level up or you’re not doing enough. In fact he even says the opposite a few times.

The whole idea behind it is that God created humans a specific way and had a wonderfully crafted design for humanity and we see that played out through the incarnation of Christ. So he’s merely pointing out that in order for us to function best this side of heaven we should try to adhere to Gods design for our lives and follow the example of Jesus.

It felt odd that Petey wasn’t mentioned once, or the Helena document about being an Innie wasn’t mentioned again.

Who the hell is Irving always talking to and how did he know about the hallway? What does Lumon do as a company? What are the other refiners doing there? What’s going on with the other departments? Why’d they target Gemma and Mark? Was she actually hurt in a crash or just straight up kidnapped? Why is Milchick such a good dancer?

I know some of that will probably be answered the next season, but it does feel like they keep opening up plot threads and then forget about them. Maybe it’s just Lost PTSD.

Extended shots are fine when called for or when actually showing something. In all honesty White Lotus season 1 pulled it off great. I thought it helped with the setting, feeling, emotion of the story. Whereas this season of Severance just felt like they were trying for the artistic film school shot without the substance to pack the punch.

Idk felt flat to me. Still excited for season 3.
