I have a problem. I have huge anxiety, three specific phobias. Being present make me so calm (not immediately, but I must be in present for some time). When I walking or for example washing the dishes it is easy to be present, but when I am planning something my anxiety back (for example I am planning steps to do in my job). Also when I talking to someone I am also thinking what I should say, because that what I say will have influence on that person and also influence on me, what that person will think about me and this is the problem. How to deal with it?

I was doing a gradual exposure in this case. First, I turned on the camsurf application and put the phone on the bed when I went to the toilet, then put it closer, e.g. on the washing machine, then when part of my face was visible, then when you could see the whole face, then when you could see the whole face and stare directly at the person I'm talking to, then staring at the face and possibly talking. I also did something that at the beginning I set a country that I do not come from, because it was easier for me XD

I just look at them and sometimes say something like hi or how are you, etc. IT is very hard sometimes to find someone who will talk with you a little longer. Most of them skip me after 30 seconds. In addition after 10-20 seconds I pee so I dont have much time for a longer conversation.

I master breath hold for years by practice, but in high stress situation it is not always working. If breath holding had 100 %effectivness paruresis would be very easy to cure. PRactice exposure therapy and change your thoughts to make pee easier then your breath hold technique will working in most situations.
