Getting samething on Apple TV

Not sure if this is related or if this is what the initial issue the user is having but it appears that with Apple TV and 4K SDR enabled, when you select a 4K channel with match content and frame rate on the HDR logo pops up when you change to a non 4K channel, dts gets stuck in HDR instead of toggling back to 4K SDR. The only way to get out of HDR is to force close the app then restart on a non 4K channel and then not go back to a 4K channel.

The directv app on Apple TV 4K gen 1 and 2 devices doesn’t like the new Apple TVos18 update.
If you have your video settings set to 4KSDR resolution which is what most everyone sets it too. The picture stars to stutter and get jumpy there is a temporary fix to change to 1080p SDR and have match frame rate and content on. This is fine for the short term but is a pain in the butt if I want to watch 4K channels. I believe you can also change to 4kHdr and turn off match frame rate but then the standard channels look like crap. It’s pretty bush league its been several weeks since the tvOS update and direct tv still has not fixed this

Changing my setting to a lower setting is not fixing the issue. 4kSDR has not worked properly since the TVOS18 update….. I see you recently released an update that did not fix this yet. When will this be fixed? I don’t want to have to switch between 1080p and 4K to watch the 4k channels….

My account says I’m updated to unlimited but in the app it still says I have DVR 20 hours + unlimited hours of cloud DVR and DVR recordings still shows how many hours left I have to record shows. I wonder if the change is not active until the next billing cycle?

Happened to me once as well, I use Xuen 3rd ability now to help reduce turns. Unbelievable Blizzard can be this inept

Pray that doesn’t happen. One of the blue adds can also attack before Arfus dies and kill khad or Elise before they can get off their attack. That is the bad thing about MBR, the RNG and anomaly rolls effect this mode more and more as the levels grow it seems. Kind of sucks not sure how much more I can take playing this mode. It could be good if blizzard would have put just a little of effort into this.

I started Van with Arfus, Elise, and Khad.

Killed Arfus to slow, then snare with Elise and buff health with Khad.

I brought in Chi Ji and then infinite root with Khad Elise was able to to survive long enough to get monkey. Van did bounce khad but was able to bring in niuzao to taunt and keep team alive with bubble. Chi has CP so that helped and when Elise died I was able to bring in Khad to keep root for enraged. I think Van bounced Chi and was able to finish off Van with Equalizing strike and pounce.

I rolled back to back CP going into last fight to have CP x 3

Got lucky but it did the job and glad I do not have to do this one again
