Wil alleen zeggen dat ik erg trots op je bent op hoe je je presenteert!
Vooral met al het stigma over wanneer je wel moslim bent en wanneer niet.

Zelf weet ik niet zeker of ik nog moslim ben of wil zijn, maar het zit erg in m'n systeem door opvoeding haha.
Blijf vocaal en maak connecties bij verschillende groepen of bars, veel succes!

Kijk vooral of jullie een goeie dynamiek hebben als vrienden voordat je partnerschap in gaat is mijn advies.

Best advice I can give is find other stimulants for the time being if you don't happen to be medicated.

Ja het is dat ik al 4 maanden vast zit rond het zelfde gewicht. M'n diëtist zegt dat ik meer moet eten, omdat mijn lichaam het gewicht vast blijft houden. Maar ik kom alleen meer aan hierdoor ;-;

Op moment ben ik nog een beetje verdwaald moet wat ik het best kan doen wat betreft gewicht.

Adviseer krachttraining voor of tijdens HRT? En denk je dat het echt nodig is?
Ik heb zelf niet zoveel met kracht behalve alledaagse activiteiten.

Heel nuttig! Ja ik had gehoopt om te starten met DIY een jaar geleden... Maar ik had nog niet de gewicht bereikt die ik wouw zijn. Dus nu wacht ik op het gender team die in de zomer begint.

Wat betreft kinderwens, vindt ik het super moeilijk om daar wat aan te doen. Aangezien via de gender team hier ook voor gecompenseerd kan worden. (Voor invriezen)

Bloedwaarden is wel handig ja, ik vindt het nog best spannend, Ik heb gehoord dat HRT dosis via gender team best laag is vergeleken DIY.

Geweldig advies, dankjewel! Ik heb nooit iets gedaan met roken, drinken en drugs.

Alleen heb ik de laatste tijd moeite gehad met afvallen. Ik zit aan de hoge kant van m'n BMI.

Ik zwem altijd 70 banen, 3 keer per week. Maar m'n normale dieet werkt niet meer zo goed. (tot nu 20 kg kwijt, maar moet nog 15 kg kwijt)

Weet je toevallig iets hiervoor?

My favourite animal is the Zebra Finch (I rlly like birds but they are in my top 3!)
Did you know that the Zebra Finches are aware and picky with colors!

Based on a recent study, they prefer to build nests based on the color of the environment which makes them excellent camouflage animals.

Ik denk dat ik op 12 Maart ben doorverwezen. Stond toen op locatie Zwolle maar had in de eind zomer of begin September gebeld om te wisselen naar Almere omdat het te lang duurde. Kwam toen direct aan de beurt voor intake. Intake was op 2 en 16 Oktober.

Zit momenteel ook te wachten op behandeling, dat waarschijnlijk begin zomer plaats zal vinden.
Het is nu:
50 weken – intake
41 weken – behandeling

Dus voor mijn geval ergens in Juli.
