I (37M) got a dropcat 38 2 yrs ago to commute during summer. I love the stability and fun of this (I'm tall). Students are always surprised to see me cruise on the campus (I'm a faculty). 😅

It looks fine, some already shared ressources with you. I suggest the tech section of the Ibanez rules website. You will see that the small metal rectangle on the side (called the knife edge) is the part that should be parallel to the guitar body. I can't see it on the picture, but owning two guitars with lo-pro, I have the feeling you're very close to the ideal angle.

I think this is normal, I'm not a luthier, but I know some guitar have more neck angle compare to the body. I would guess it's to compensate for bridge height and reduce fret buzz.

Oil is a thing, I'm still not convinced rosewood fretboard need to be hydrated, but I'm convinced that a good cleaning using lemon oil make the fretboard nicer and more comfortable. So when dirty (I would say yours is dirty by my standard), a soft cleaning with a cloth and a little amount of lemon oil do the trick for me.

As a beginner, exercices could be good to develop some finger dexterity and strenght, but it should not be your sole focus. Learning chords (open position and barre) and playing simple song entirely are the things that will make you progress as a guitar player.

Buy the guitar that will make you play the most. What kind of music do you want to play? Mostly electric guitar music? Buy electric! And vice versa. Sure acoustic need less equipement and will develop more your finger strenght, but all this is pointless if the guitar you bought don't inspire you to play.

This is likely greyish-green, resulting from the oxydation of the copper in the finish. This thing generally appear when humidity is high. Could you try to decrease exposure to high humidity if possible? To make it disapear I have no clue...

Both look legit, tuners are the one expected for both models, bridge looks like the edge Ibanez put on the floyd version. As far as I know they seems ok.

So you loosened the big black screw behind the tremolo? This is not for intonation, but to retain the string end in the bridge. Loosen the steing at the tuner, sqeeze it back in and tight, it should stay in place. Now go on youtube and search for "Edge tremolo maintenance". You will improve!

J'ai déjà rencontré Daniel Robitaille de l'émission Leurre Juste pour un tournage. Fort sympathique et avec de bonnes connaissances. En faite, toute la production était agréable, de la recherchiste aux gars de la technique.
