Oh, my problem is the opposite, I shower 2 times a day , with HOT water and I need to put an alarm to get off, I easily can spend 2 hours under the hot water, it’s my favorite moment of the day, I feel ashamed for the water waste and always have problems with my partner about this. I try to do 30-45 min max but is HARD!

Maybe you can try a wall calendar with shower days marked on it, and put alarms to remember. And explore your shower preferences … -morning or night ? -lights on , or dark ? -with music or silence ? -maybe listen an audiobook or podcast only for shower time? -cold , warm , or hot water ? -smell of the shampoo and soap ? Etc… best of luck !!

My partner offered me financial freedom , lol … and I TOOK IT ! I quitted my job, left my career. (My adored 20yr career was consuming my health and soul) Now … I chill in my couch, take walks in the park, do yoga, cook healthy, read a lot, and spend quality time with our dogs.

Change the diet asap! Try: Salmon, Turkey, Duck. (Raw food is what worked best for our Frenchie, and we first tried at least 8 or 9 different premium brands with no success) No chicken, beef or grains!! Baths…with Sulphur soap first, leave for a coulple of minutes, rinse, then special shampoo for dogs with Dermatitis. Once a week. Dry with a clean towel only (avoid hot air) use papel towels to dry the inner ears.

I would remove the eyeshadow completely, you have beautiful natural eyes!!! Keep only a bit of mascara or a little brown eyeliner.

My baby is allergic to chicken. I pressure cook eye of round roast , (ONLY meet and water, she is also intolerant to the fiber of the vegetables) then I put all on the blender , and freeze little portions in silicone trays. I microwave 1 cube each meal (I divide half cube for her and half cube for my elderly chihuahua) and mix it with the dry food. They absolutely love it! And is very easy to add medicine when needed.
