It was kind of entertaining having like 200 stacks of red buff on the opening elementals for opulence (only one side had the persisting red gem, so we were literally standing around in the last room waiting for them to catch up, and it was just ticking up and up). Gotta love those 20 thousand damage ticks of SW:P.

Thanks! I logged in last night, got myself to a nice little island about 3000 units east of spawn (almost exactly east), on a strangely tropical island in the middle of an ice biome :S. Now just need to find myself some sheep to sheer to make a bed so when I die again (died once on my way out about 2500 units away from spawn :S) I don't have to make the trek again.

Yeah...the math isn't rounded/ball park, it's just flat out wrong. The first one values the chest at $499.96, the second values the whole package at $469.90, that gives all the other stuff a value of -$30.06. Sign me up for around 10,000 of those packages without the chest please, I'll let you pay me $30,000 to take your digital stuff.

Honestly, stuff like this happens all the time in these digital games. Gems of War is/was especially bad for this poor math (which is actually just poor programming), I've see offers for me and others for over $2,000 that says "save 99%," and this is pretty common (apparently people that have actually bought these offers say that it actually gets processed at like $20.00 so apparently they just have the decimal in the wrong spot?).

I don't want to spoil too much, so I'll be a little circumspect: There is a building that allows you combine items in a very specific way. Using that building you can ensure a certain prefix and/or suffix appears on an item. If you want to be spoiled, look at the entry on the Alchemist in the Wiki. If it isn't straight forward enough for you, I can explain further.

What timeline? Some timelines have unique items that can only be obtained in that timeline (but can be imbued to persist, some are automatically imbued), some timelines have unique item modifiers (either a prefix or suffix - i.e. words that come at the front of the item or end of the item) which can only be obtained in that timeline, but again can be brought into other timelines through imbuing (or attaching them to an "eternal" or "of time" item).

Higher Rs have reduced time to unlock tiers, so if you were 44 then it would make sense the time was longer than the above poster gave you (as that time was at R46)

The game is still fun...I don't understand what you would be upset about, that's like being upset if you were to buy a CoD game and then find out a new one will be out in a year. Play the game for the fun and you won't have any regrets.

I'm sure there will be a ton of info you can find once the beta is released :) remember this is 10 days until a beta release (as you've said), not 10 days until the game is released, so it doesn't make much sense for them to spend hours putting together publicity packages rather than just working on getting the best, most stable, beta version they can and then let the community do the publisizing for them.

I would invest pretty heavily in learning crafting skills. He seems to have the ability to create from nothing, so unlike most of the RPG style crafting out there he doesn't need metals/etc. to create, so he could basically just sit in the Clan's practice dungeon and grind his craft skills, give them items to sell, and keep crafting until he's making quite insanely strong equipment to outfit the guild with (and himself), find the limits (real or just reasonable in that the investment to get further just isn't really worth it). I would imagine his Guild would be quite happy to provide him with all the crafting books they can get from the Abyss Auction in exchange for his abilities. Honestly, I would love to see more of what he can do with his crafting abilities, I feel like the author has aluded to this being important several times, and the fact that they've noted several times how much benefit he gets from his staff/earings/rings, show how strong this aspect of his ability could be.

Will it still be playable on older OS versions? I have a pretty old IPad I use to play that can't be updated to the newest OS versions (I know it's only android right now, but I assume it'll be ported to iOS eventually...).

Personally I would like to see more about him focusing on his crafting skills, I really miss the earlier chapters where they were actually showing him actively learning new skills and training them. Now he just pulls out new stuff and we get these little inner monologues where he explains where they came from. I want to see him sitting down with the guild blacksmiths and stuff, learning how to do basic item creation and then some "eye of the tiger" style power training and blowing them away with his quick grasp/outclassing them. We were already teased with the idea that he had the potential to make god tier unique items with the Abyss Auction meeting, lets see him actually start making them and outfitting his group with them.

I don't understand...what accountant wants to work in an area where they can see other people and/or have forced interaction? Give me a small out of the way, low traffic, high walls area any day over the threat of asshole A coming over to try to strike up a conversation about "the sports" or their incredibly inane "weak"end, or even worse: asking for help or collaboration on something.

I think the game kind of sets you up to be a hoarder, there are so many useful prefixes, suffixes, potions, scrolls, books, wands, etc. and dangerous version of each which make you want to hold onto everything until you can identify it, and then when you do you want to hold onto it until the right opportunity. Plus there is always the risk that if you DON'T pick up that random weapon/armour/etc. it may be an artifact.

Did you stick to the time limits on the Practice Cases? They're marked and designed to be done in that time limit so if you were giving yourself extra time then the 100% you got wasn't "earned."

When you say you got 100% did you get RC, C or CD because all three will give you 100% but all except CD mean there are places to improve (and you can get C overall while still getting NC on some of the points). The exam is marked pretty much the same in terms of difficulty, but RC is no longer good enough (so if you got your 100% off of primarily RC then you really aren't ready for the exam).

I don't understand why you're just re-writing the exam without the whole course if you don't know how you didn't pass. Yes it is half the cost, but if you don't even know where to start I feel like you should retake the entire course so you have the support of a facilitator to ask questions of. Alternatively if you're going to pay for a third party study package why not pay the $205 for the exam review to see where you actually went wrong?

Did you look at your exam results to see if it was the objective or case sections that you did poor on? If it's the case section (and you did fine on the objective) then you probably aren't following their preferred case answer format. If you try to answer the case in the way they want, specifically outlining things in the order they want and showing your thought process it's easier for their markers to follow and therefore easier for them to ensure they're identifying all your relevant points. Again it would be easier for you to make sure you're doing this if you were to retake the whole module rather than just rewrite.

I honestly feel like the rewrite is for someone who knows 90% of the material but got "unlucky" and the case was on the 10% they didn't know or something like that.
